Cellular Long Distance Dialing Instruction

 

To ensure that your call is being routed over our network, the following instructions must be followed.  Failure to follow the instructions could lead to calls being sent over your existing cellular network, where rates to foreign destination are extremely expensive.

 

Dialing Instructions

 

  1. Dial 1-877-255-7243, press <SEND>

 

  1. Prompt will say “Please enter the number you wish to reach & press #”

 

  1. For Domestic calls within the USA:

1+ Area Code + telephone number, then press #  

 

  1. For International calls:

011 + Country Code + City Code + telephone number, then press #

 

After entering the destination number: Use the “#” key to send call.

 

DO NOT USE THE “SEND” KEY AFTER ENTERING YOUR DESTINATION NUMBER. THIS WILL CAUSE THE CALL TO BE SENT OVER YOUR CELLULAR CARRIER NETWORK AND BE BILLED BY YOUR CELLUALR CARRIER.

 

ASIAN AMERICAN ASSOCAITION TELECOM SERVICES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CHARGES OR FEES THAT ARE INCURRED BECAUSE THE CALLS WERE SENT OVER YOUR EXISTING CELLUAR CARRIER NETWORK.

 

In some areas the prompt may ask for an authorization code. **

 

Please call our customer service, 1-888- 888- 8881, to receive your Authorization code.

 

Dialing Instructions with Authorization Code

 

  1. Dial 1-877-539-7283 , press <SEND>

 

  1. Prompt will say “Please enter your card number follow by #”

 

  1. Enter authorization code, then Press #

 

  1. Prompt will say “ Please enter the number you wish to reach & press #”

 

  1. For Domestic calls within the USA:

1+ Area Code + telephone number, then Press #

 

  1. For International calls:

011 + Country Code + City Code + telephone number, then press #

 

 After entering the destination number: Use the “#” key to send call.

 

** If you are roaming or in some areas with poor cellular coverage, our system may not recognize your phone number and our system will ask for an authorization code. Call Customer Service department and get an Authorization Code.
